Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Express Shipping:
Make your purchase without paying shipping costs on purchases over € 30 of product spending, within Spain.

Order preparation and delivery times:

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • All orders will be sent with Correos Express. Orders placed after 1:30 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 1:30 p.m., on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (including orders with express shipping).

Correos Express does not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Orders with express delivery placed after Thursday afternoon will be delivered the following Monday.

Note: During promotional periods and holidays (in Barcelona, ​​Spain) and especially on dates such as 'Black Friday' (last weekend of November) and Christmas, please bear in mind that orders may be delayed.

Order tracking information:
Once the order has been sent, Correos Express will send you a confirmation email with a link to track the order. The activation of the tracking number of your order will take a few hours to take effect.

Shipping restrictions:
Please make sure that the address and information provided in the shipment are correct. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

NUNU JEWELRY SL. You have the right to cancel any order that you consider irregular, proceeding to refund the amount thereof.
NUNU JEWELRY SL. is responsible for the package until it leaves our offices. From that moment, it is the courier companies that are responsible for the package and shipping. For our part, we will facilitate the management of any incident.

Shipping Address:
If you have placed your order by providing an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by email and we will try to solve the error. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

International fees and levies:
NUNU JEWELRY SL It is not responsible for any extra fees or taxes for international sales that occur throughout the shipment.

Shipping Promotion:
Receive free Standard / Express Saver Shipping for purchases above (excluding taxes, promotional sales and discounts):

- Europe: orders above € 75

- USA and Americas: orders above € 100

- Asia and Emirates: orders above € 135

- Russia: orders above € 135

Order Processing Times:

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email within the 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive it, contact us as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped via International Couriers. Orders placed after 1:30 pm CET will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 1:30 pm CET, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Note: During promotional periods and holidays, please expect longer than normal delivery times as we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays (Barcelona, ​​Spain - Bank Holiday). During this time, there may be delays, where NUNU JEWELRY SL is not responsible.

Order Tracking Information:
Once an order has shipped, the Courier will send you an e-mail with the tracking link information. You can click on the link, which will take you to the shipping carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the carrier’s site.

    NUNU JEWELRY SL. has the right to cancel any irregular order, reimbursing the money.

    NUNU JEWELRY SL. is not responsible for any delays or issues once the order has left our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, we will gladly work with the shipping company to assist with any issues.

    Shipping Restrictions:
    Please ensure that an accurate and complete shipping address is entered, as we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.

    Address Revisions:
    If you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible sending an email. We will make every attempt to process the address adjustment on our end, however once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the address at this time. NUNU JEWELRY SL, is not responsible for incorrect addresses.

    International Taxes and Duties:
    NUNU JEWELRY SL is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales which may occur upon delivery.
    Packages may be delayed due to customs or other external reasons for which NUNU JEWELRY SL. is not responsible.
