ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
Period of returns:
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt.

To process the return:

• Products must be sent in perfect condition, with their original box and bag, attaching the purchase receipt. Returns must be sent to: Customer Service Plaza Letamendi, nº 5, 5o 2a, 08007, BARCELONA.
• Returns must be sent to our offices under the responsibility and costs of the buyer. The customer must ensure that the package reaches our office without suffering any damage or loss. NUNU JEWELRY SL. It is not responsible for the loss or loss of packages during shipping.
• Once the product has been received and the correct condition verified, we will formalize the return by means of a discount coupon that you can apply on our website. The coupon does not have an expiration date.
• The value of the refund will be the amount paid for the product in EUR.

Warranty for defective products:

In case you need a change of ring size, the process is identical to that of returns. Get in touch with us through any customer service channel to process the change.

In the event that a returned package is received at our offices, we will proceed to reimburse the purchase amount by the same payment method with which it was made. Under no circumstances can we send the package again, so if you still want the products you will have to place a new order.
RETURNS AT OUR BARCELONA SHOWROOM
Items purchased at the Barcelona Showroom have the possibility of exchange or return for 30 days from the date of purchase, except pending.
• The items must be delivered with their original packaging, in perfect condition and with the purchase receipt or gift receipt.
• No cash refunds will be made by presenting the gift voucher. It will be returned as a voucher with no expiration date.
• If the item is defective, it will be exchanged for the same model. In case the product is not available, the amount will be refunded.
• Items purchased through our website (nunu-bcn.com) cannot be returned to the Showroom. They must be sent to our offices as indicated in our return policy.

• Send us an e-mail letting us know your order number and which item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
• In the package to be returned, please enclose the item(s) in like-new condition and in their original packaging to:

• NUNU JEWELRY SL will process the refund within 14 days from receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be processed for the total amount of the order (less shipping costs) in the form of a coupon.
Return & Exchange Details:
• Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging and a valid receipt must be presented. There will be no cash return with a gift receipt. The item(s) can be exchanged or a merchandise credit given for the full amount of the purchase, with no expiration date.
• Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. Please ensure to get tracking details for the returned package as NUNU JEWELRY SL. is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Note: NUNU JEWELRY SL reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the returned items are successfully received.
If you believe the item(s) that you have received are defective, please contact usimmediately. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the exchange of the defected item for a new piece. In the event that the ítem is no longer available, we will process the refund for the entire order within two business days.
Note: Kindly reach out to us in the event that your jewel has broken or been damaged, so that we can look into a possible solution for you. If your jewel has been manipulated or repaired, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed with any solution.

Change of size in rings:
In case you need a ring size change, the process is identical to that of returns. Contact us through any customer service channel to process the change.
In the event that you receive an item which you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to rectify it for you.
If the shipping courier is unable to deliver your order successfully, we will proceed to refund the purchase price to the same payment method used, once the order has been returned to our warehouse. We will be unable to return the package to you, therefore you will need to process a new order.
