Items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Products must be

delivered in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and with the order number indicated. We will issue a voucher for the amount paid, valid for 12 months, to be used on our website or in-store. In case of a defect, it will be exchanged for the same model or refunded if unavailable.

To manage a return, write to us at clientes@nunu-bcn.com indicating the order number, the items, and the reason. The buyer assumes the costs and responsibility for the shipment. After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, you will receive a refund.
