POLÍTICA DE ENVÍOS

Modalidades y Coste de los envíos:

Ofrecemos las siguientes opciones de envío para España Península:

  • Envío Express: 1-2 días a Península, 4.95€ (gratuito a partir de 75€).

       Plazos de preparación de pedidos y entrega:

      • Los pedidos serán procesados y enviados en 1-2 días laborables.
      • Todos los pedidos urgentes se enviarán a Correos Express después de las 13:30h.

        Los pedidos realizados en Viernes después de las 13:30h, en Sábado o en Domingo se enviarán el lunes siguiente (incluidos los pedidos con envío exprés).

        Correos Express no realizan envíos en fines de semana ni en festivos.

        • Los pedidos con envío exprés realizados a partir del jueves por la tarde, se entregarán a Península el lunes siguiente.

          Nota: Durante periodos promocionales y festivos (en Barcelona, España) y especialmente en fechas como ‘Black Friday’ (último fin de semana de noviembre) y Navidades, rogamos tengan en cuenta que los pedidos pueden retrasarse.

          Información de seguimiento del pedido:
          Una vez el pedido haya sido enviado, Correos Express te enviará un mail de confirmación con un enlace para realizar el seguimiento del pedido. La activación del número de seguimiento de tu pedido tardará unas horas en hacerse efectivo.

          Restricciones en el envío:
          Por favor, asegúrate de que la dirección y datos facilitados en el envío son correctos. No hacemos entregas en apartados de correos.

          NUNU JEWELRY SL. tiene el derecho a cancelar cualquier pedido que considere irregular, procediendo a reembolsar el importe del mismo.
          NUNU JEWELRY SL. se hace responsable del paquete hasta que éste sale de nuestras oficinas. A partir de ese momento, son las compañías de mensajería las que se hacen responsables del paquete y del envío. Por nuestra parte, facilitaremos la gestión de cualquier incidencia.

          Dirección de envío:
          Si has realizado tu pedido facilitando una dirección de envío incorrecta, por favor contáctanos cuando antes por email y trataremos de solventar el error. Ten en cuenta que una vez procesados, los pedidos no pueden ser modificados ni cancelados.

          NUNU JEWELRY SL, no se hace responsable de incidencias con la dirección de entrega facilitada. 

          Tasas y gravámenes internacionales:
          NUNU JEWELRY SL no se hace responsable de ninguna tasa o impuesto extra para ventas internacionales que ocurran a lo largo del envío.

           

          SHIPPING POLICY

          Shipping Promotion:
          Receive free Standard/Express Saver Shipping for purchases above (excluding taxes, promotional sales and discounts):

          - Europe: orders above 75€

          - USA and Americas: orders above 300€

          - Asia and Emirates: orders above 135€

          - Rusia: orders above 300€

          Order Processing Times:

          • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
          • You will receive a confirmation email within the 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive it, contact us as soon as possible.All orders will be shipped via International Couriers. Orders placed after 1:30pm CET will be shipped the following business day. 
          • Orders placed on Friday after 1:30pm CET, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

            Note: During promotional periods and holidays, please expect longer than normal delivery times as we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays (Barcelona, Spain – Bank Holiday). During this time, there may be delays, where NUNU JEWELRY SL is not responsible.

            Order Tracking Information:
            Once an order has shipped, the Courier will send you an e-mail with the tracking link information. You can click on the link, which will take you to the shipping carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the carrier’s site.

            NUNU JEWELRY SL. has the right to cancel any irregular order, reimbursing the money.

            NUNU JEWELRY SL. is not responsible for any delays or issues once the order has left our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, we will gladly work with the shipping company to assist with any issues.

            Shipping Restrictions:
            Please ensure that an accurate and complete shipping address is entered, as we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.
            NUNU JEWELRY SL. is not responsible if an Access Point closes temporarily for vacation, etc and delivery is delayed.

            Address Revisions:
            If you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible sending an email. We will make every attempt to process the address adjustment on our end, however once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the address at this time.  NUNU JEWELRY SL, is not responsible for incorrect addresses.

            International Taxes and Duties:
            NUNU JEWELRY SL is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales which may occur upon delivery.
            Packages may be delayed due to customs or other external reasons for which NUNU JEWELRY SL. is not responsible.
